CONTINUITY ERRORS:Although born onscreen in September 1959, the character of Laurie celebrated her 21st birthday in the episode telecast 9/3/71. Laurie was confined to Silver Hills in December 1977. In a January 1982 episode, Mike Karr told Valerie Bryson that Laurie had been released from Silver Hills and was living in Seattle, where she worked as a legal secretary. However, in December 1984, the story was altered, placing Laurie in Greenhaven Sanitarium since her incarceration in 1977.
