Cut to Nakago as a small child, seeing his mother attacked by soldiers and he frozen in fear.

Nakago, infuriated with his mother's hurt by these cruel men, blasts everyone with his uncontrollable ki, killing them all--including his mother.

Cut to Tamahome rushing for Nakago after the whole incident of Miaka in the tent with him. Nakago simply slams his fist into Tamahome's stomach, and walks away nonchalantly.

Nakago and Soi..almost the perfect couple. Soi, who would do anything for him. And Nakago, who is afraid to get close to another person for fear of harming or losing them.
