When the dust settles Cell looks around for the missing #13.Suddenly #13 appears in front of Cell and locks hands with him trying to push him out of the ring.Both of them stuggle to hold each other back.And they seem to be in a stale mate. Cell grins and lets go of #13 and jumps behind him. Cell Round house kicks #13 in the back making #13 fall out of the ring into the field of spikes.Cell raises his hands in victory. #13 gets up malfunctioning and bows his head in shame.Cell grins and puts his hands in a diamond shape."Kikoho!" Cell fires at #13 and destroys him. Cell laughs and mocks #13.
Now we know that Cell is truly the king of all androids.
