If you are a Xoom.com member and would like to use the same user name that you use for your Xoom account, you must put in your password in the password blank. If you are not a Xoom member, just put in the desired user name in the appropriate box. If it says that the user name you chose requires a password click LOG IN again and choose a different user name until you get into the chat. Most likely your name won't require a password, but if it does, just choose another.
