Heart In Chains
Real Curse
A Different Brand of Mousse

Who couldn't love this sweetheart?  Devoted to the love of his life Shampoo, Mousse won't let anything stand in his way, including Ranma Soatome, Shampoo's heart-thumper!
Elegant with his arts, Mousse could have anything up his sleeve, you never
know.  He could have egg bombs to daggers to duck-shaped toilet-training
potties!  Unfortunately, Mousse has sore eyeseight.  His thick glasses that
he hates to wear are his key to seeing a difference between Shampoo and
Kuno.  From China with the curse of the drowned duck, Mousse carries on his life, prepared to serve Shampoo in any way that pleases her.
Physical Features: Usually dressed in a large Chinese robe with big sleeves
and Chinese baggy pants, Mousse has long black hair, green eyes, and usually has on thick round glasses unless it's propped on the top of his head.

Weak Points:  Eyesight, Charming Shampoo
Goal: To Defeat Ranma in combat and marry Shampoo
Apearance:
Volume 5 (Japanese) or Volume 4 (English)
Enemies: Ranma, Cologne
First Glance Physical Description:
A guy of 16, long black hair, green eyes, loose and baggy clothing,
thick round glasses.
Personality:
Mousse has a pleasant personality, especially towards Shampoo.  He can be a
but demanding with Ranma, or is the word threatening, but can be reasonable.
For instance, when Kuno, Ranma, Ryoga and Mousse found each other training
in the same area against the same enemy, they teamed up "to better themselves
for a greater good."  Of course, they wound up fighting, but that's besides the point.
His affections to Shampoo show.  He'd do anything to please her or spend some time
with her.  Like working at Nekohanten/Cat Cafe for a start, or wanting to get the
soysauce hoping Shampoo would want to go too.
Mousse is considerate when it comes to other people.  He could've splashed
Akane making her a duck, but he knew he didn't want to hurt her, just Ranma.
And punishing her instead for their rivalry was not right.  When he's being bossed
around at work by Cologne, he could yell something nasty back, but usually keeps
his mouth shut or mumbles to himself so that no one else can hear.
Mousse is full of energy and usually so happy over his lovesick ways for Shampoo.
He is deeply hurt whenever Shampoo spurns him and sometimes cries, but is usually
ignored by the other characters and called pathetic.

Seki Toshihiko
Role: Mousse (Japanese)
DOB: June 11th, 1962
Among his other acheivements which include Ranma 1/2,
Seki has played Duo Maxwell in Gundam Wing, Mikuro in Please
Save my Earth, and Fenril in Saint Seiya.

Brad Swaile
Role: Mousse (English)
DOB: Unknown
As it turns out, like many other voice actor's in the Ranma 1/2 cast,
it is believed that Brad Swaile was in the show "My Little Pony Tails!"
Swaile's part on Mousse's voice is pretty fuuny.  His voice cracks alot.  It's a lot
less "heroic" than the original voice, but I think it suits him better.  Isn't he cute?
