Gunn drags Angel to the office where he can barely speak. He mumbles that Darla is now dead and she's been made a vampire by Drusilla. Cordelia and Wesley are shocked but Gunn doesn't know what's going on. A slightly psychotic Angel vows to kill Darla before she can rise. Wesley explains the entire story to Gunn while Angel goes to Lindsey's apartment which he finds completely empty. The landlord informs him that the Lindsey moved and the only forwarding address is to his office. The landlord mentions the English women (Drusilla) was busy getting the nursery ready for her expected baby and that her daughter should be born near the stars. Meanwhile Drusilla is in a flower nursery where the stars can be seen above and where Darla is lying comatose-like on a concrete platform.
Angel returns to the office and tells them he's sure Drusilla would want to bury Darla for the rebirth. After some pondering, they figure that Darla must be in a flower nursery where there's plenty of dirt and a view of the night sky. They find one associated with Wolfram & Hart and Angel goes there. He finds a large bed full of dirt and after some digging, finds a peacefully resting Darla. He's about to stake her when he's attacked by Drusilla. She wails on him with a shovel. While they fight Darla awakens, stronger than ever. Darla and Drusilla fight Angel together. After the tussle, Darla jumps off the building, losing Angel. Drusilla has also disappeared. Angel returns to the office and tells everyone to saddle up with weapons, they're going to Wolfram & Hart to get some info. Holland joins Lindsey in his office, reminding him about the dinner party at his house tonight. Drusilla is also in the room and she's worried about Darla. Suddenly Darla appears at the door, she grabs Drusilla and they run out of the offices. While driving to Wolfram & Hart Cordelia has a vision, Angel doesn't want to, but is forced to turn around. Meanwhile Darla is pummeling Drusilla in the streets of LA. Drusilla insists that she did this to make Darla happy. Needing to feed, Darla grabs the closest bystander and drinks from him. Realizing that the two of them are having fun together, they decide to go shopping. Angel quickly stops some kid from killing himself (from Cordelia's vision) and then wants to hurry back to Wolfram & Hart. Wesley thinks that they were supposed to be detained by The Power That Be but Angel won't listen.
Darla and Drusilla are in a shop where they've already killed the shopkeeper. Their cell phone goes off and it's Holland checking up on them. Suddenly Angel bursts into Holland's office and demands to know where the two girls are. Holland is sure that Angel won't hurt him but Angel tells him not to rely on that. Angel is allowed to walk out of their offices as Holland has a party to get to. Angel is escorted out by cops and Lindsey. He's shoved into a cop car where Kate is waiting for him. She tells him about the shop break-in and gives a brief description of the two girls and then lets him out of the car. Lindsey arrives at Holland's house for the gathering. They're discussing the Senior Partners when in walk Darla and Drusilla, dressed to kill. They've already tasted Holland's wife and are still hungry. Meanwhile Angel arrives at the broken-in shop and finds a scared girl who's been in the dressing rooms the entire time. The girl is terrified but mentions that the girls were headed to a party. Back at Holland's Darla and Drusilla are ready to feed, despite Holland's attempt at sweet-talking them. Darla senses fear in all of them, except for Lindsey. Angel arrives at Holland's house, where his almost dead wife pleads at Angel to help them. Angel enters and finds Darla and Drusilla having fun scaring the dozen or so lawyers there. Hollands pleads for Angel to save them but Angel couldn't care less. He closes the door and locks Darla and Drusilla in with the lawyers. Darla and Drusilla begin feeding while Angel walks away without looking back.
Angel returns to the office and relates his story to Cordelia, Wesley and Gunn who are less than pleased with his actions. They tell him that he went too far and even if he didn't like those lawyers he still should have saved them. Then, out of the blue, Angel fires all three of them.

Nika's Comments
I loved this episode. With a big ole fiery passion. Darla is my new favorite vamp. There's gonna be so much fun with her and Drusilla reeking havoc all over LA. The thing I'm rooting for most here is for something between Darla and Lindsey. I think Lindsey would make an awesome vampire. And together with Darla? This could be even better. Personally I'm sick of having Darla pine over Angel, get over it and go for Lindsey. And how weird is Angel these days? Messed up. He's completely losing it and it's like he's not himself. He's gotten so caught up in this whole Darla thing a little too much. But why though? I still don't understand why he feels so obligated to her and trying to heal her soul. So true, she never really did a chance in her past life, but that was 400 years ago! It's time to move on. And what does he feel for her anyway? Love? I'm very confused by all of this. Anyway, back to Darla and Drusilla, these two are going to be so much fun. We've never really had strong female adversaries for Angel on this show so this great. As for Drusilla... I could see getting rid of her and then having Lindsey made into a vamp to replace her... I'm not a big fan of Drusilla and she seems different than she did on season 2 of BtVS. Slightly more not with it...
