Summary

After their fight and Faith's emotional breakdown, Angel takes Faith to his apartment. She's quiet and soaking wet. Angel wraps her in a towel and she goes to sleep on his bed. The next day Cordelia and Wesley are in the office ans they're both seriously bruised. They're mad that Angel is housing Faith in his apartment. Angel enters the office and Wesley tells him that they should not be treating Faith as a normal person after what she did but Angel refuses to give up on her. Wesley leaves the office angry and Cordelia leaves too on an expenses paid vacation; she doesn't want to be around while Faith is loose. At the crime scene where Angel and Faith fought, Kate is collecting evidence. They're sure that it was Faith, the wanted felon, that caused all the damage. Meanwhile Angel heads back to his room, at first her can't find Faith but he eventually finds her holding a knife. Faith quietly hands the knife to Angel at his request.

At Wolfram & Hart, Lilah informs Lindsey that Faith hasn't killed Angel and that she's staying at his apartment as a houseguest. They're both displeased and they decide to have Faith killed. They hire a hideous blue demon to hunt down and kill Faith. Meanwhile Faith is at Angel's and she decides to leave. She packs up all her stuff and is heading out when Angel catches her. He tells her that if she leaves now she'll be running for the rest of her life. Angel tells her that she can't handle the darkness and she eventually decides to stay. Wesley is in a bar when he's approached by the three special members of the Wacher's Council. They tell him that the Watcher's Council will reinstate him if he will kill Faith or a least tell them where she's hiding. Back at Angel's; Faith is in his kitchen and Angel tells her that it's going to be hard for her and that she'll probably be haunted by her bad deeds for the rest of her life. Faith doesn't know if she can apologize, she's in so much pain from waht she's done to others that she doesn't know what to do. Faith realizes that she's hurt Buffy a great deal. She also mentions having sex with Riley and apologizes to Angel when she realizes that Angel didn't know about Buffy's new boyfriend.

Later, Faith is watching TV when she sees her picture splashed across the news. Angel shuts the TV off and then they're both suddenly attacked by the hideous demon hired by Wolfram & Hart. Faith manages to kill him but gets upset when she sees his blood all over her hands. Angel sits her down and hugs her to comfort her. At that point Buffy walks in and is shocked by what she sees. Angel tries to explain and Buffy tells him that she's here to help Angel from Faith. Faith tries to aplogize but Buffy won't let her. Back at Wolfram & Hart, they're once again disappointed that their plan failed but Lindsey comes up with another idea and says that he'll take care of it. He heads over to Kate at the police station and informs her that Faith is staying at Angel's apartment. Buffy and Angel are arguing about Faith until Wesley shows up and tells them that Watcher's Council is on their way here to kill Faith. Faith and Buffy head to the roof. On the roof, Buffy tells Faith that she gave her every chance and all Faith did was play with her life and make her a victim. The Watcher's Council then shows up and starts firing on everyone. A helicopter appears by the roof and a gunman fires on the two Slayers. Buffy fights one of the Watcher's Council members on the roof while Wesley dispatches of another one in the apartment. Angel jumps onto the helicopter and orders the pilot to take it down. Meanwhile Faith has escaped through all the mayhem. Kate is on the scene and has Angel arrested when he won't tell her where Faith is hiding. Everyone heads to the police stationg where they're all shocked to find that Faith has turned herself in to the police.

Later on Buffy and Angel are talking and Angel's angry that Buffy came looking for vengeance in his city. Buffy then decides to hurt Angel by telling him that she trusts her new boyfriend, implying that she never trusted Angel. Angel gets even angrier and yells at her, saying some nasty things and finishing by telling her to go home. Buffy leaves and we finish with a shot of Faith in a jail cell looking peaceful.

Wow. Another excellent Angel episode! And once again thanks to Eliza Dushku for an AMAZING performance. I thought at first that maybe her plea to Angel to help her was a fake one but when she turned herself in at the end I was completely shocked. Not to mention upset because I don't want to see Faith in jail! I want to see her out and about and causing plenty of trouble! Alexis Denisof did an excellent job as well when he was dicussing coddling Faith with Angel. The heat in his words were incredible. One performance I was not pleased with was with Sarah Michelle Gellar's. Granted, I can understand that Buffy would be seriously pissed off with Faith but I don't think she would go the extremes of punching Angel and then getting sorely pissed of with for punching her when she did hit in the first place and had he not blocked her she would have hit him a second time. This was just way too childish for my liking. And at the end when she started acting bitchy towards Angel and was INTENTIONALLY trying to hurt him? Blah. Not a pretty move. I completely understand why Angel would get mad at her! The one scene that I did love that she did was on the rooftop with Faith, that was beautifully done. The emotion she put behind that was incredible. I wonder what's going to happen with Faith in the future though?

Woah, Buffy the I can think of another word which starts with B and rhymes with witch. But first of all, how scray is zoned out Faith? She looked horrible, not to mention her Angel-stabbing dreams.... And the whole freak-out scene, I'm impressed by Eliza's performance..and Faith's final willingness to do the right thing (and prove Buffy wrong). The best part was the final, giant telling off scene. Angel has put up with Buffy's shit for WAY too long and he just sat there and took it all the time. He should have hit her a long time ago, she totally deserved that. And he finally told her off! Is it just me, or is Angel is sort of becoming less angsty and more biter/angry? I was just disappointed to see Angel going after her. I thought he finally was rid of her for good.....HAHAHA.......
