Angel is at his office and it's depressingly empty. Over at their new office, Cordelia, Wesley and Gunn are hoping for demons to bring in clients. Then in walks a woman, who introduces herself as Mrs. Sharpe a friend of Viriginia's, and her daughter. Her daughter was bitten by a demon and now she has an eye in the back of her head. They promise to look into it immediately. Anne is at her shelter when two street kids pound on the door, despite being past curfew, they insist on being let because they're scared to stay out there. Merl is packing up his clothes when Angel drops in on him. Merl gives Angel some info about Wolfram & Hart, tomorrow at 9:30.
At the shelter the next day, Anne's noticing an increase in people staying overnight. The guy who came in late last night tells her that cops have been out brutalizing street kids for no reason. Disturbed by this Anne, knowing Gunn personally, informs him as well as Cordelia and Wesley about the renegade cops. Gunn walks Anne home while Cordelia and Wesley continue their research on the third eye problem. Angel follows Anne and Gunn in the shadows. Gunn goes in to talk to the kids and they all tell him the same thing; that cops are attacking them unprovoked. Outside, a cop tries to beat-up Angel but Angel knocks him out quickly. When Angel starts to walk away the cop gets back up. Angel finally manages to kill him by kicking off his head. Gunn gets two of his old friends together to get the cops on tape attacking them. Angel visits Kate at her office and hands her the badge that he took from the cop her killed. He wants to know who it was. The badge belonged to a man that died 6 months ago. Kate and Angel go to the cemeterty where Angel finds the cop's ground disturbed. Angel thinks that someone is unearthing dead cops and putting them back on the streets. Kate goes to her father's grave where Angel assures her that his ground hasn't been touched. Meawhile Gunn calls Cordelia to tell her what he's up to and she tries to stop him from this incredibly stupid plan. Wesley and Cordelia head out to find and help him. After talking to Anne, Wesley goes out to find Gunn while Cordelia stays to help Anne at the shelter. Unfortunately a nasty guy named Jackson shows up and most of the people at the shelter are terrified of him.
On the streets, Gunn and friends find a cop. They start recording and the cop tells them to put their hands up when Wesley shows up only to be shot in the stomach by the insane cop. They shoot the cop and then try to carry Wesley out of there. The cops gets back on his feet and starts folloing. They call for an ambulance. Kate and Angel go to the police division that the renegade cop was from but they get very little info. The ambulance arrives and while driving away two cop cars try to stop them. Gunn takes the wheel and drives them quickly to the shelter where Anne lets them in. Renegade cops start to surround the shelter. Inside Gunn gets angry at Jackson for acting like an ass and Anne is forced to break them up. Dozens of cops start breaking down doors and windows trying to get in. Meanwhile Angel visits the captain of the precinct who is controlling the dead cops. He shoots Angel but it does no good and Angel gets angry. Angel finds the amulet used to control the cops and breaks it, killing all the dead cops. Gunn and Cordelia then take Wesley to the hospital. Later on Kate tells Angel that her job is making her crazy, and he too shares the feeling. She receives a file about Wesley and Angel goes over to the hospital. Wesley is hooked up to a morphine drip and feels no pain. Cordelia spots Angel and tells him to go away and that they no longer need him.

Nika's Comments
A little of a bizarre storyline. I really liked the way it started out with the cool third eye thing, but then it progressed into something that I wasn't really fond of. And what's going to happen with this third eye thing? They just left the girl with the third eye! How can they just drop a storyline like that? Well maybe they'll use it next time. And also, I want a change in Kate's attitude, effective immediately. That girl is getting on my nerves. If I hear her whine or complain again I'm afraid I'm going to break something. She's supposed to be strong, silent type right? Always with a million problems but never shares their feelings? Well okay, but don't share your mass of complaints with us. Shit happens girl, move on! And that's my gripe of the week.
