Hudson grew up in Rochester, New York, and worked as a model in Rochester and Tokyo before attending acting school in NYC. She attended Brighton High School in Rochester, New York starting her high school year. She is a graduate of the prestigious Neighborhood Playhouse acting school in New York City. She currently lives in Los Angeles, California. Hudson is not married, but is in a relationship. She also lived briefly in Vancouver during the filming of Universal Hospital. Hudson enjoys activities that include healing (such as Yoga, meditation, etc.)
Hudson does not know know why she is always being cast into evil or villain roles, but she really enjoys doing these kinds of characters as they give her a chance to "release." Hudson does most of her own stunts, but a stunt double is always used during more dangerous and difficult flips or other stunts. A stunt coordinator in also on the set at all times.
At the age of 20, Hudson started her acting career at the Community Theater in Rochester, New York. At the age of around 22, Hudson worked on the so called "Neighborhood Playhouse" in New Yok City. She also worked on a short series of afterschool showcases called "Sexual Considerations," where the shows focused on a variety of teenage issues and problems. Hudson played an 18 year old.
Currently, Hudson is working on additional episodes of Xena: Warrior Princess, and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
