The Movie opens up with an ambulance pulling into the back of the Summer Glen funeral home - a super imposed caption card informs us that it's "October 31st, 1998". It's raining like it never rains- The Funeral Director is smoking a cigarette, he stands under the awning by the back doors. The sirens cut off- two Paramedics step out of the ambulance. The Funeral Director fieldstrips his smoke- he puts the filter in his lab coat pocket- the Paramedics remove a gurney from the ambulance.

Funeral director: "Is this the guy?" Paramedic#1: "It's him alright, we got one more body in the back and two on the way."

Paramedic#2 hands over some charts to the funeral director.

Paramedic#2: "Sign these."

CUT TO: INT. The Morgue The back doors slam open, thunder cracks-lightning illuminates the dark skies outside (The Halloween Theme cuts on) Multiple views of the gurney are shown - the front wheels (spinning in half circles and changing direction) the body bag- a few p.o.v. shots from the Paramedic, and a long shot as the gurney travels down the hall. (The music stops) CUT TO:

INT. Office adjoining Autopsy room The Pathologist is sitting at his desk- sandwich in one hand, smoke in the other- He's watching the nightly news- Karen Mobbs is on the scene of Myers final reunion with his sister Laurie- A "Previously Recorded" sign sits in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

Karen Mobbs: "Shocking news for the residents of Summer Glen California. Tonight is a night usually full of trick or treater's and candy- but tonight is a different story, the psychotic killer, know as Michael Myers- his name forever famous among the mouths of children and a subject less touched by those who remember, came down here tonight to relive infamous Haddonfield killing spree on its 20th anniversary over at the Hillcrest high school... Myers killed 2 students and a Math teacher. Keri Tate- English and History teacher of the prestigious Hillcrest, fought back and stabbed Michael Myers several times with a kitchen knife... but our story doesnt end there. As the paramedics where loading Michael up for transport to the summer glen corners- Keri kidnapped the van and Myers body and brought him here to Reapers Curve- She sent the van careening down this cliff, and cut off his head - Keri was charged and arrested with desecration of a corpse and destruction to a government vehical, onlookers say she kept screaming out these 3 words "He's still alive". This is tragic news and we will continue to cover this story as it progresses, but many here are too scared to leave there houses on this Halloween night, a night of fun has become a night of terror. The Pathologist's cigarette is burning at the filter- so overwhelmed over the on scene report he is unaware, just then the Paramedic walks in.

Paramedic # 2: "Where do you want......?" Pathologist:(Scared)"Shit!"

The Pathologist drops his half eaten sandwich on the floor- at the same time his cigarette burns his fingers-in turn he drops it on his pant leg, he smacks away at the cherry- swearing as he does.

Paramedic#2:".....this?"

Pathologist:(angered- pointing through the window behind his desk- to a body table in the next room)"put him over there damnit."

The Pathologist picks the sandwich off the floor, he eyes it for a second and then tosses it in the waste basket by his desk.

Paramedic:"I got one more, I'll be right back."

The Paramedic exits the autopsy room shutting the door as he goes. The Pathologist gets up he approaches the gurney and unzips the body bag- thunder cracks, lightning illuminates a nearby window- exposing the corpse in a flash of bright blue light, the head rest by the neck- the mask still covering the face. The Pathologist grabs the head and places in on the stomach of the corpse- just then the phone rings in the adjoining office, the pathologist heads towards the office, he picks it up.

Pathologist: "Hello" Heavy breathing resinates on the other end but no one answers Pathologist:"Hello"- Heavy breathing continues Pathologist:"Listen asshole!!!"

Someone starts knocking real loud on the door, the Pathologist looks up- its the Paramedic, the Pathologist raises his hands as if to say what. The Paramedic begins jiggling the doorknob- its locked- The Pathologist holds out his index finger (The "hold a second" gesture)- back to phone.

Pathologist:"Now I'm about five seconds away from star 69'ing your ass and..." -The phone hangs up}"Damn Kids..."

The door knob begins jiggling again, this time no ones behind the display window located in door.

Pathologist:(Frustrated)"Just a second damnit."-The Pathologist approaches the door, the doorknob continues to jiggle wildly. The pathologist grabs it- it continues to jiggle.

Pathologist:"Quit turning the fucking knob you dick!!"

The door knob stops moving- the Pathologist unlocks it- a gurney sits out in the hall the pathologist looks around, no ones there- he grabs it and brings it inside the autopsy room, he gets ready to unzip it and the phone rings. The Pathologist heads to the office, he picks it up.

Pathologist:"Hello"-it hangs up, the Pathologist dials *69, it rings a few times:

Automated Operator:"Were sorry touch star service cant be used to call this number, trace this number, or enter this number on your list ..."

The Pathologist hangs up he dials 0, it rings a few times, the operator on the other end picks up

Operator: "Hello" Pathologist:"Yeah this asshole keeps prank calling me, but star 69 wont trace it, cant you trace the number?" Operator:"No but I can give you the number to the Harrasment Center" Pathologist:"Nevermind"- He hangs up

(This part is used if Jamie Lee Curtis doesn't return) On the TV}-Karen Mobbs: "We have just gotten word that the police car used to escort Keri Tate to the Summer Glen police department was over turned, both Keri and the driver of the car Sam Waterson were killed."

(If Jamie Lee Curtis returns) On the TV}-Karen Mobbs: "We have just gotten word that the police car used to escort Keri Tate to the Summer Glen police department was over turned, the driver of the car, Sam Waterson was taken to Summer Glen Memorial Hospital..... He is listed in critical condition. Federal investigators told us that Keri managed to escape, using one of her earring studs to unlock the handcuffs, she is considered armed and extreamly dangerous."

The Pathologist heads back to the autopsy room, he unzips the body bag... his eyes widen- its the Paramedic, his neck is sliced open from ear to ear!!!

Pathologist:(Really Scared)"What the fuck!!!! What the fuck!!! What the fuck!!!"

The Pathologist runs out of the room down the hall he cuts the corner, there inside the main office just before the front doors is the Funeral director stuck to the wall, a kitchen knife embedded in his stomach.... he cries for help-thunder cracks and the lights go out, the Pathologist screams- we hear what sounds like a knife being pulled out of a body and then the sound of a knife entering another body- the screams stop...

Ext.Summer Glen Funeral home- Night The backup generator cuts on.

Int. Summer Glen Funeral home-hallways nearing the front of building The lights flicker on and off- we the audience think we see something- we close in on it- the lights slam on- we see a pair of whitened eyes inclosed in two deep black slots staring right at us..... It's Michael Myers, the real Michael Myers- The Halloween music cuts on and the Halloween 8 title comes up.

This Treatment for Halloween H2K was written by C.R. Walsh, a man that loves writing, and sculpting. Right after he saw Halloween H20 he knew there had to be another sequel. He started immediately on this story, and we must say it is great. As some of you might of heard Don Post, a major distributor of masks, brought back a new version of the 75 Captain Kirk mask. Well C.R. was the man behind that. He did everything in his power to bring it back so he could create a similar duplicate of the Halloween 1 mask which by far is the best. He's become well known to alot of online Halloween Fans, and has answered alot of questions that they might have.

Dedicated to his work, C.R. Walsh, wrote a whole treatment for the new sequel. Sadly he was ripped off many times on his treatment.

As most people know, Halloween H2k: Evil Never Dies is the title of the 8th installment. Well, Paul Freeman took credit for that, which was also C.R. Walsh's title idea. The Title 8 was supposively created in July by Paul Freeman, but C.R. came up with it way back when he started it. Coincidence?

Back in February, he sent me (Dus121)and Karen Wolf, a woman that works for Compass International, which worked on the first Halloween, his treatment idea. After C.R. got his account deleted on AOL. Karen Wolf went ahead and took the idea, thinking that she could get away with it. Right After that, Paul Freeman released a title. Now it is believed they are using his idea too. We are currently working on getting him the credit for his treatment and title. After news broke out that C.R. might be trying to fight this, Rumor has it that they are changing the Title of the 8th installment...coincidence? I think not

We hope that we can help him, and hope anyone that reads this can help support us. The more people who know about this the harder it will be for Compass to get away with it.
