Her role in the whole series: Hitomi is this psychokinetically talented teenage girl who gets transported to this world called Gaea after getting stuck in the middle of a soon-to-become-king's dragon quest. She carries this mysterious pink tear-shaped pendant given to her by her grandmother Yuri which plays a vital role in the war across Gaea and in solving the mystery of Atlantis. Throughout her adventure she meets Allen, a gorgeous Tenkku knight who reminds her of her longtime crush back home and begins to start caring for him, despite the fact that he's known to be a shameless playboy. Blinded by infatuation she fails to notice the growing love that Van, the king of Fanelia begins to feel for her and constantly gets into fights with a certain cat-girl named Meruru who is in turn, in love with Van. In the quest to save Gaea and restore Fanelia she comes across many characters, making new friends and earning new enemies in the process. A person would wonder how Hitomi could solve some of the many mysteries of Atlantis and yet be so clueless concerning matters of her own heart. But in Gaea, what you feel is what you believe... and what you believe is what makes things happen, what makes destinies change...and eventually, what makes two people find love, even in the strangest places...

Skills: She's a very good pickpocket and can run almost as fast as Hitomi... if not faster!

Best Friend: Van Fanel

Love interest: Van Fanel, of course! That's why she and Hitomi fight a lot!

Best Match: Folken? After all he does seem to have a thing for cat-girls!

Her role in the whole series: She remains Van's childhood friend and would do anything for him. When Van came home from the Dragon Slaying Ritual she was one of the first to welcome him and was totally crushed to find Hitomi riding along with him. Thinking that Hitomi was only there to steal Van away from her she made it a point to make Hitomi's stay in Gaea not a very pleasant one. She realized after though that Hitomi was only there to help and withheld a bit of her grudge towards the girl from the visionary moon. In the whole anime, Merle is usually seen by Van's side if not, somewhere thinking about Van. In the end though, she learns to accept the fact that Van's heart belongs to someone else and willingly gives him up, even if it is to her own arch-rival for his heart.

Siblings: Two older sisters, Maleena and Eries.

Status: Royal Asturian princess and next in line for the throne.

Hobbies: Horseback-riding, shopping along the market square and, a long time ago, studying to become a doctor.

Skills: She knows a lot about medicine and can perform operations; she's also a very efficient princess, helps around the palace and even does her own laundry!

Best Friend: Probably her sister Eries even if they do get into misunderstandings a lot.

Love Interests: Allen Schezar, but after coming to her senses she ends up with Dryden Fassa, her promised fiancee.

Best Match: Millerna and Dryden definitely...well, that's my opinion anyway!

Her role in the whole series: She comes in only after Allen, Van, Hitomi and Merle enter the country of Asturia. This time, in addition to Merle, Hitomi has to deal with this princess' constant ploys to get her away from one man: Allen Schezar. And she does everything in her power to make Hitomi know that Allen loves her, and NOT Hitomi. Meanwhile, Allen's only infatuated with her because she looks a lot like her older sister Maleena, who he was in love with a long time ago. Ignoring this fact, Millerna goes as far as to denounce her royal title just for him, to her older sister Eries' disappointment, and joins the whole gang in restoring peace to Gaea. Which is how she meets up with her long time promised fiancee, Dryden Fassa. Fate is a strange thing as she finds her heart in turmoil once more over a man she was destined to love and a man who withholds from her a very important secret that could change her whole world entirely.

Her role in the whole series: Being Hitomi's best friend and track manager, she takes care of Hitomi and encourages her to tell Amano-sempai her feelings, secretly harboring feelings of her own for him. She was present when Van teleported to earth, along with the dragon he was slaying. While she, Amano and Hitomi try to run away she suddenly gets injured and Amano has to carry her along with him. Hitomi meanwhile goes back to help the mysterious boy and gets engulfed in a pillar of light with him, leaving Amano and Yukari behind, shouting after them.
