A Muppet Christmas Carol was released in 1992. It starred Michael Caine as Scrooge, Kermitt the Frog as Bon Crachett and an assortment of Muppets and actors playing the other roles. Gonzo was "Charles Dickens" and Rizzo the rat was with him.
There were five excellent songs in the movie. Several more appeared on the soundtrack, but I have not included them here.
