(Vicky, Remy and Paulina enter carrying armfuls of bags)

Remy: Wow, that was fun.

Paulina: Sure was, anyone hungry?

Vicky: I am!!

Paulina: Your always hungry.

Vicky: Hey watch it, remember I’m eating for two now.

Paulina: (jokingly) Your always eat like your eating for two.

Remy: Oooh, them be fighting words where I come from.

Vicky: They are from where I am from also, but I am to tired to fight.

Paulina: So, how are you going to get part 1 of your plan off the ground.

Vicky: Oh yea, thanks for reminding me. Can I use your phone.

Paulina: Sure sweetie.

(Vicky picks up and dials)

Setting: The Herald

(Phone rings, Chris picks it up)

Chris: Hey Vicky...No he isn’t here...An advertising meeting...Your kidding right... sure I’ll help... OK, I’ll call you when he gets here...Bye.

Scene 21
Characters: Vicky, Paulina and Remy
Setting: Carlino’s

(All three are sitting in a booth eating ice cream sundaes)

Paulina: So you are now involving Chris?, Jake is gonna kill you for this.

Vicky: NO he won’t, he’ll be to excited

Remy: I think it is totally cute what you are doing Vicky.

Vicky: Thanks Remy. Now you can’t tell Nick about this, he’ll run straight to Jake and tell him.

Remy: My lips are sealed. I am really good at keeping secrets.

Paulina: Like mother, like daughter.

Remy: Vicky, are you hoping for a boy or a girl?

Paulina: Thats a cinch

Vicky: A girl, definitely a girl. I want to get a chance to spoil a little girl, I already have two spoiled boys at home.

Paulina: When you are able to, do you want to know the sex of the baby?

Vicky: Not really, I like the idea of being surprised, but seriously, I have this feeling that I am carrying a girl... (Notices Remy’s daydreaming) Hey, Miss Psychic, care to let me know if I am right?

Remy: You know my “power” doesn’t always work

Paulina: Give it a shot

(Remy places her hand on Vicky’s stomach, she sees Vicky putting a sleeping baby in the cradle that Michael made, and removes her hand)

(Vicky and Paulina look at her)

Vicky and Paulina: SO??

Remy: I don’t know, all I saw was you putting a baby in a cradle... Sorry.

Vicky: That’s OK, guess we gotta wait. (looks at her watch) Wow, I gotta get home, the boys are due home any minute.

(Scene fades with Vicky running out the door)
