" When will you motherfuckers leave my fucking private life alone... What
the fuck are you smiling at, Kraut Boy? I'll wipe that stupid grin off
your face with a golf club if you keep that up, ya little German shit..."
Nick Marciano on 'Toll!' ( RDL, Germany 1988)
Nick
Marciano has always liked to keep his personal life private, and, with
his numerous problems through the years, one can see why. He had a troubled
childhood, with parents Benito and Mary-Lou often neglecting the young
Nick in favour of their own modelling careers. If nothing else, Nick inherited
his classic good looks from them, but most of his care was provided after
Chubby " Fun Boy" Chester plucked him off the streets to put him on the
" street"! Here he soon met his on-screen uncle Tony Bambarolli, who became
a father figure to the young Nick, leading to Marciano's emotional masterpiece
" We all love Uncle Tony".
Marciano's troubled youth has led him to various personal
problems- a variety of failed marriages. He married his first wife when
just sixteen, a forty year old waitress named Betty-Anne Cummings- clearly
a case of a poor boy looking for a mother figure. As soon as Marciano became
famous, he, in his own words, "had to ditch the bitch". He then married
Street Walker co-star and on-screen love interest in Street Walker 2, Annie
Candirola, ( now Andrew Candirola). Their relationship went well until
Annie began to realize her true sexuality. Next up, he married porn
star Sandy Wanks, who utilised her fame after the divorce by appearing
in porn rip-offs" Street Wanker" and " Up the Shape/Shitter".
Marciano also
suffered from alcoholism, before finally finding happiness with Minky Vladoviskaz,
the daughter of Russian T.V general, Vlad Vladoviskaz. Mindy and Nick are
now very happily married, Nick's financial problems solved by Mindy's inheritance,
although Nick has somewhat blown this on various failed projects- Street
Cookin', for example. However, he's currently working on Street Walker
2000, which he hopes may bring lots of money, as well as CyberCop, a futuristic
tale of a cybercop turned bad, battling against the impending doom caused
by lack of html space. Marciano is pinning his hopes on these two projects,
and is also planning the release of a new music album for Street Walker
2000 film, with remixes of his old songs by the hip trendy EuroDJ Dokter
Pop, PhD, aka Jan Hammer, of Miami Vice theme tune fame. Marciano
has also been working on some new tracks of his own creation, without former
collaborators, the legendary DiFranco brothers, who described their last
experience of working with Marciano as being like "buggered with a large
broom stick". Marciano hopes that one track in particular, entitled, "God
gave me fingers to play (the guitar)... baby!" will repeat the success
he formerly found in hot Euro Music capital, Germany. " The music's still
on the same lines but I'm trying to add in some young funky rip beats...
I love all that Bristol music, Attack of the Massive Head, Roniz Size,
and Rod Stewart... I spent some time in Bristol- I love the north of England,
I really do, especially that little town, Scotland. Quaint, guys!"
