Shit! Chase Challenger almost stumbled forward as he felt a robot on his back, its tektroteeth eating into his flesh. His buttocks trembled with fear. Shit! Robots!

Chase Challenger looked across the plain and saw that there must have been almost five billion robots marauding around. He didn't know what to do. The tektroteeth in his back were becoming really painful. He shook the robot off and pulled out his tektrochaindigger. He tried to dig a hole for escape but a double tektron whooooshed into his way and barked its tektrochronic sub-missiles at him. Shit! There was no way out!"

This is the opening of Nick Marciano's first Tektron book, Tektron 2000: Tektron 2000". Since the creation of this, he has gone on write seven more books in the space of just two years. An incredible achievement, indeed.

The books centre around the daring exploits of Chase Challenger in the face of robot attacks. Although the scenario and the science of the books is somewhat confused, nevertheless they are very exciting, though yet to be published. There are, in fact, two Chase Challengers in the novels, entirely unconnected, but once you get over this confusion, you will really enjoy the books.
