Upon her recovery, Agent Scully returns to duty, assigned to the X-Files, claiming to have no memory of the events of her disappearance.
1995, APRIL: Agent Scully fails to appear at a hearing called by Assistant Director Walter Skinner into the activities of Agent Mulder, and is suspended by OPC for direct disobedience. An attempt on her life, results in the death of her older sister Melissa. Due to the unusual circumstances surrounding the supposed death of Agent Mulder, and lack of evidence of wrong doing, Agent Scully is re-instated.
1996, MAY: A man-hunt is called on Agent Scully for discharging her weapon four times in the direction of her partner. Brought in by Agent Mulder and hospitalized. 1997, FEBRUARY: Checked into a hospital for a radical cancer treatment at Allegheny Medical in Allentown, PA. Files are found which indicate that Agent Scully's cancer might be a result of her abduction in October of 1994. Dr. Kevin Scanlon is wanted for questioning concerning said files. Agent Scully returns to work.
1997, MAY: Called before an FBI panel regarding the death of DoD associate Scott Osslehoff and Agent Mulder, testimony is given which debunks Agent Mulder's work on the X-Files and hard evidence is presented which conclusively shows an government/FBI involvement in Agent Scully's cancer. The hearing is convened when Agent Scully collapses, the prognosis for her recovery, slim. It is later discovered that she lied to the panel concerning the supposed death of Agent Mulder. Section Chief Scott Blevins is found dead, an apparent suicide, following a hearing with Agent Mulder, who implicated the Section Chief in Agent Scully's allegations. Miraculously, Agent Scully's cancer has gone into remission. After a short leave, doctors indicate she is fit for duty.
1998, MARCH: Found at Ruskin Dam PA. a cult suicide site where countless victims were burned to death (X-Files X93514). No known catalysts appear to have been used. In vasogenic shock, she is airlifted to a DC hospital. After a few days, doctors allow her to return to duty.

1998, AUGUST: Called before OPR to give an accounting of her actions at the Dallas Federal Building where an explosive device was detonated, resulting in the deaths of Special Agent Darius Micaud, a young boy and three firemen. Transfer to Salt Lake City, UTAH was to be effective immediately, but after new evidence is brought to light, the order was rescinded.

2002, MARCH: Shot FBI Agent Robert Comer at her home. Although Cormer was on an undercover assignment at a UFO cult in Canada, it appears that he succumbed to their brainwashing and abandoned his mission. He was caught trying to asphyxiate William Scully (11 month old), which resulted in his mortal shooting by Agent Scully. The three gunshot wounds were not immediately fatal. He lingered for a few days, then expired. No explanation for the attempt on Agent Scully's son was given by the rouge agent. (X-File X280911)
2002, MAY: Appeared before a top secret military tribunal in the case of the US Government vs. Fox Mulder regarding the death of Master Sergeant Knowle Rohrer. With minimal debate, Mr. Mulder is found guilty of murder and is sentenced to die by lethal injection. The night after sentencing, Fox Mulder escaped from the brig at the USMC Base at Quantico,Virginia. It is believed that Agent Scully helped in the escape and is wanted for questioning. Sketchy reports indicate that Mr. Mulder and Agent Scully may have perished in a wetworks operation in Southeastern New Mexico, but that's still unconfirmed.
