Well why not try a simple Database.

The database can be set up with your school name at the top.  All you need is a simple database program..

Such as

Claris works(blank version)

Microsoft Works(blank version)     Franfurt I.S.   example (2yrs Old)

other formats  DBF , SLYK (these formats may not give you the edit screen, as below, but will have all the calculations)

(just click on the appropriate format to download)

When you open it, you'll get this in Claris,

This is the basic Edit page and it is also the print-out you will get for individual students. You can edit the

When you have you can save it.  If you go down the bottom of the page , you will see a summary of the total hours

and how many projects

Once you are happy with this page.  You can change it for your school.

If you choose LAYOUT at the top then LAYOUT again , the form will appear with a grid. You can click on

anything there change it, move it. Just like a word processor, but be careful to save a back-up first.

Once you go back to LAYOUT then BROWSE    you will be able to see what you have done.

What about a summary of a grade or school.

Depending on how you chose to put the data in, you could do it by grade level, or put the whole lot together.

You can get a summary page , showing each student with a breakdown of how their C.A.S is distributed accross C.A.S

Chose LAYOUT then LAYOUT4 (The form you are on is LAYOUT2).  You'll get this

The more people you have the longer the list.

This page is most useful for quickly looking for people who you may need to chase a bit.

My suggestion is play around with this blank for a bit and then when you are used to it. Start using it, maybe with one grade level first.

Have fun.
