According to an article in USA Today, Nick's TV movie called 'Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye', which co-stars Jason Priestly will air Monday, September 13, 1999 on FOX.

According to the July 1st issue of the Hollywood Reporter Nick Lea and Bill Paxton are going to be in Columbia Pictures' latest project, a thriller called "The Vertical Limit". Which starts filming on August 2 in New Zealand and will wrap up around Christmas. Paxton as of right now is in final negotiations to portray a mountain-climbing billionaire who is inexperienced and ends up in a tight spot while climbing K2. Nick will be playing Tom, the leader of Paxton's group, which end up trapped and needs to be rescued. Also co-starring in the movie are Chris O'Donnell, Scott Glenn, and Robin Tunney.

In Nick's latest he will be doing a TV movie for Fox along with Jason Priestley of 90210 fame. The movie is an updated version of noir movies from the 40's and 50's with a modern twist. Here's the information from the Fox press release:

In KISS TOMORROW GOODBYE, Dustin Yarma (Lea) is easy to envy. He has the house, the car, the studio title, the girls and his best friend Jarred (Priestley) to share his good fortune. But one moody summer night, that all changes. Blind drunk after a wedding, Dustin grabs one of the girls lap dancing in the limo and goes for a moonlight walk on the beach. The next thing he knows, he's lying on the sand in his tux being awakened by a smelly bum named Minnow (McCallany), who's talking about the dead girl sprawled nearby. It seems Minnow witnessed Dustin kill the girl in the heat of passion and now the police are on the way. But Minnow has a proposal. He'll take care of the body if Dustin takes care of him. It seems a clean and easy way for Dustin to keep the enviable life he's worked so hard to get. But things are rarely as easy as they seem and Dustin's dirty little secret is about to turn his world upside down.

A new effort has begun to see more of Nick on The X-Files and for other projects as well. It's called the Nick Lea Task Force (NLTF). It's a mailing list that discusses ways we can help Nick's career along. You can join the mailing list or just visit the site to do your part to help Nick out.

Well I do have the latest news about Nick and Harsh Realm. I'm very sorry to report that Nick did not get the role of Dexter Green or any other role in the show. The role went to Scott Bairstow of "Party of Five". Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, let's just hope there's another role out there for him that's even better.

Do you have a Nick scoop you'd like to pass along to the rest of us? If you do feel free to e-mail the info and I will be sure to post it on the page and I'll be sure to give credit for the scoop.
