He would later return to Emperor Chong's side and together with his sworn brothers work on a plan of escape. Left with few options, Miu, Tin and Fan volunteer on a mission to contact help from Han forces. Wu Tin elected to stay behind to protect Emperor Chong. Many days later the Manchurians search the mountain for Emperor Chong. Realizing that they would soon be discovered, an honorable knight decides to sacrifice his life for Emperor Chong. The sworn brothers immediately seeked to avenge their deaths by killing Ng Sam Kwai. During their assassination attempt, Wu Tin, flew in and rescued Ng Sam Kwai, much to their surprise. Miu was captured and was told by Ng Sam Kwai that Wu Tin had personally killed Emperor Chong. Wu Tin later rescued Miu, who thought he was a traitor and spread the news around. When Wu Tin arranged to meet with his sworn brothers to clear the misunderstanding he was ambushed. Tin poisoned his wine and they each thrusted a knife into Wu Tin's back. Wu Tin did not fight back. As life was flowing from his body, Wu Tin let out a sigh of disappointment, because he died before accomplishing his mission to restore the Ming Dynasty. Many years later Wu Tin's son Wu Dan found Miu, Fan and Tin, and took them to see Emperor Chong. Only then did they realize that they have made a terrible mistake in killing Wu Tin. They wanted to commit suicide but Emperor Chong prevented them from doing so. Suddenly Ching soldiers attack the men, and Miu, Fan and Tin, were killed protecting Emperor Chong whom later became a monk. However everyone thought Wu Dan had killed the men . This misunderstanding has caused 100 years of bloodshed between the families. The latest descendant of the Wu family, Wu Yat Do, is known as an honorable hero for his heroic deeds across the land. He is given the nickname of "Lip Dong Dai Hup, and the stories of his heroic deeds are often told by common peasants. Along his journey Wu Yat Do, decides to stop at a restaurant after travelling for days. Inside a young lady is enthusiastically telling the crowd a story about how the legendary hero, "Lip Dong Dai Hup", dealt with a bunch of corrupt officials. The crowd listens carefully to every word and sentence, as the young lady strolls dramatically around the restaurant, pointing, kicking and shouting imitating the deeds of the hero. After the story the young lady decides to shout everyone in the restaurant to a free drink. Wu Yat Do, sits back to admire the generosity of the young lady. The young lady decides to approach Wu Yat Do who was sitting by himself and offered him a drink. Wu Yat Do thanked the young lady and then introduced himself. The young lady suddenly became quite annoyed because she did not believe that the bearded man she has just met is "Lip Dong Dai Hup". She thought he was just making things up. At this stage Wu Yat Do, decides to leave the restaurant and continue on his lonely journey across the land to find the Emperor Chong's treasure. The young lady became curious, and decided to follow the bearded man. She too was looking for Emperor Chong's treasure and thought that the bearded man could provide some hints that would lead them there. Wu Yat Do approached a stream and decided to fetch some water. He noticed someone following him on his journey and decided to call out to the person following him to reveal themselves. He was surprised to find that it had been the young lady who had been following him. At this stage the young lady thought of a clever method to find the real identity of the bearded man and the location of Emperor Chong's treasure at the same time. She challenged the bearded man to a contest, to see who could find Emperor Chong's treasure the fastest. Wu Yat Do accepted the challenge, and disappeared in an instant. His kung fu was really good, and left no trail for the young lady to follow. The young lady followed closely behind without much luck of keeping up. Meanwhile Do Hie Nam, collaborates with ancestors of Miu, Tin, and Fan to find the treasure. The young lady gives up trying to track down the bearded man and returns to Do Hie Nam's house. Upon returning the young lady, Long Kim Chow, overhears a conversation between Do Hei Nam and Miu, Tin and Fan. Do Hei Nam personally tells the men that he was just using her, to find the Emperor Chong's treasure, and would not split any portion of it to her. Upon overhearing the conversation, Long Kim Chow, takes off. It begins to rain and she decides to find shelter at an old temple. Inside Wu Yat Do, is sitting by the fire. Upon seeing the young lady Wu Yat Do decides to invite her inside. By this time Wu Yat Do had fallen in love with the young lady. Later Wu Yat Do, locates the treasure but is unable to get in. Long Kim Chow manages to think of a plan to get in. Long Kim Chow then decides to leave Do Hie Nam, and writes a letter to both Wu Yat Do and Do Hie Nam. Long Kim Chow makes both men choose between her and the treasure. Naturally Do Hie Nam is only interested in the treasure and decides to take the map to find the treasure. Along the way he was ambushed by Miu, Fan and Tin, who takes the map and locates the treasure. Inside the three men fight each other over the treasure and die. Wu Yat Do and Long Kim Chow arrive too late and see the carnage. They would leave together and find refuge at an old house away from the rest of the world. To them the treasure is meaningless. Wu Yat Do would be blamed for the deaths of the three men by Tin Gwai Lo a descendant of Tin. Tin Gwai Lo decides to send his men to search for Wu Yat Do. Miu Yan Fung was also searching for his farther when he heard from Tin Gwai Lo that Wu Yat Do had killed his farther. Not wanting to kill an innocent person, Miu Yan Fung only agreed to help Tin Gwai Lo if there is evidence that Wu Yat Do killed Tin Gwai Lo's farther. By the time that Tin Gwai Lo located Wu Yat Do, Long Kim Chow had become pregnant. Fan and his group of beggars decide to attack Wu Yat Do, upon discovering that Long Kim Chow is pregnant. Wu Yat Do battles with the men and easily escapes. They decide to seek shelter at a hotel. Ping Si was a waiter at the hotel. Wu Fei stops to ask Ping Si, why he respected his farther so much, because he only told Ping Si to call him Big Brother Wu instead of Sir. Ping Si then decided to tell Wu Fei about the time his parents where in financial trouble. They borrowed money from some gangsters who rose the rate of interest owed and beat them up constantly. Upon hearing this Wu Yat Do decided to step in and help, even though it was the first time he had met Ping Si. Wu Yat Do beat up the gangsters and repaid all of their money as well as giving enough money for them to purchase a new house. It was then that Ping Si decided to follow Wu Yat Do for the rest of his life to repay him for the kindness that he showed. Soon Tin Gwai Lo and Beggar Fan, would arrive in town and start causing trouble for Wu Yat Do. Miu Yan Fung arrives shortly after, using the title "best martial artist in the world", to challenge Wu Yat Do to a duel. The first duel came to an abrupt stop because Tin and Fan had tried to use dirty tactics to ambush Wu Yat Do. Miu Yan Fung was not pleased because he wanted a fair contest. Miu Yan Fung and Wu Yat Do would have lunch the very next day before the contest because Long Kim Chow had cooked it. Slowly Miu Yan Fung began to grow in respect for the couple and wished that they didn't have to duel. After another quick fight, with both men battling each other to a standstill the contest was delayed another day. Both men acknowledge that each could have taken the other's life during the contest but decided to withdrawal their strikes. Miu Yan Fung and Wu Yat Do have grown in respect for each other over the past two days. They decided to meet and discuss each other's kung fu. Long Kim Chow had noticed that one of Miu Yan Fung's moves was suspect. Wu Yat Do decided to pass on the concern, and it was discovered that when Miu Yan Fung was practicing the move a fly was buzzing around and he tried to avoid it by thrusting backwards. After testing each other's drinking abilities, Wu Yat Do and Miu Yan Fung would begin trading kung fu with each other. Fan and Tin was not very pleased with Miu Yan Fung and rushed in to try and disturb them. Miu Yan Fong became increasingly annoyed by his friends and brushed them away. Long Kim Chow later suggested to both men to reveal to each other their unfinished business before the next contest. Miu Yan Fong revealed that the only business he needed to take care of was getting revenge for his brother. Wu Yat Do wanted Miu Yan Fung to look after Long Kim Chow and her baby if he died. Miu Yan Fung promised Wu Yat Do that would look after his family and Wu Yat Do promised too get revenge for Miu Yan Fung's brother. That night Wu Yat Do, would ride off and kill Seng Kim Mo using the Miu family sword fighting style he had learnt. He took Seng Kim Mo's head back as a gift to Miu Yan Fung on the day of the duel. Upon seeing that his friend had not slept all night Miu Yan Fung decided to delay the duel another day. Tin Gwai Lo and Fan immediately left because they have had enough of the delays. Miu Yan Fong then promised the men the next duel would be the final one. Upon hearing this Tin Gwai Long and Fan stayed behind. Long Kim Chow gives birth to Wu Fei that evening. Now that he had a family to take care, Wu Yat Do, decided to send a letter explaining how Miu, Tin and Fan's parents died to Miu Yan Fung, hopping to end the duel. They handed the responsibility of sending the letter to the doctor Yin Kei, who became interested in Wu Yat Do's kung fu manual that was exposed as Wu Yat Do went to pay him. Tin Gwai Lo intercepted the letter and collaborated with the doctor, Yin Kei, to kill Wu Yat Do. Tin Gwai Lo borrowed poison from a blind man within their group and instructed Yin Kei to put in on Wu Yat Do's sword. One the day of the duel, in a friendly spirit the two men, switch swords. Immediately they began charging at each other. After a number of moves Wu Yat Do could have taken Miu Yan Fung's life but pulled his strike back. While this happened he received a flesh wound from Miu Yan Fung. Wu Yat Do admitted defeat because he needed to use Miu family sword fighting style to nearly defeat Miu Yan Fung. On the other hand Miu Yan Fung thought he lost because within a limited amount of time Wu Yat Do had mastered Miu family's sword fighting style. Suddenly Wu Yat Do's hands become black, and he realized that he had been poisoned. All of Tin Gwai Lo, and Fan's men charged at the Wu family. Long Kim Chow was also poisoned by Tin Gwai Lo in the process. Outnumbered and suffering the effects of the poison, both Wu Yat Do and Long Kim Chow where murdered. Yin Kei then attempts to steal, Wu Yat Do's, sword fighting manual while everyone is outside. Ping Si realized that Tin Gwai Lo, wanted to kill Wu Yat Do's son also. He rushed to take Wu Fei away from the hotel and discovered the doctor searching in Wu Yat Do's room. Yin Kei finds the kung fu manual. Ping Si then battles with the doctor and manages to take back most of the manual. The doctor got away with the first few pages. Tin Gwai Lo chased Ping Si into the mountains, slashed his face before cutting away his left arm. Ping Si was then kicked down the mountain. By some twist of fate he managed to survive and found shelter at Do Hei Nam's house. He has raised Wu Fei at Do Hei Nam's house ever since. Upon hearing the end of Ping Si's story, Wu Fei then requested to see his parents burial. Ping Si obliged and took Ping Si to Wu Yat Do and Long Kim Chow's burial the next day. Miu Yan Fung was the one who buried the bodies and happened to pass by that same day with his daughter Miu Yuk Lan. Wu Fei and Ping Si retreated to the bush as they approached. Wu Fei was surprised when he heard of the respect that Miu Yan Fung had of Wu Yat Do. Miu Yan Fung then explained to his daughter Miu Yuk Lan, how he accidentally killed his good friend, and the regret that he has felt ever since. Miu Yuk Lan then proceeded to ask her farther to explain the past events that led up to her mother running away. Miu Yan Fung then cleared his voice and began. After the deaths of Wu Yat Do and Long Kim Chow, Miu Yan Fung, went to renowned poisons man, Duk Sau Yek Wong to investigate. Duk Sau Yek Wong revealed that he had a younger classmate, Sak Man Jung, whom he kicked out, 20 years ago might be involved. However Duk Sau Yek Wong is unsure where his classmate has been hidding the past few years. Duk Sau Yek Wong then proceeded to committ suicide. Miu Yan Fung then went to a restaurant where he rescued a government officials daughter Lam Lan. The government official was killed because he carried a precious sword. Miu Yan Fung then dealt with these thieves but was poisoned in the process. Lam Lan then sucked the poison away from Miu Yan Fung's legs. Later three sworn brothers come to avenge the death of their student who was killed by Miu Yan Fung. Unable to beat Miu Yan Fung fairly the three set the hotel on fire. Instead of helping Miu Yan Fung from the fire, Lam Lan, ran out of the hotel to save herself. This disappointed Miu Yan Fung. Miu Yan Fung then thought his way out of the fire and in return kicked the three sworn brothers into the burning hotel. The three men managed to escape however. Miu Yan Fung then married Lam Lan and earlier on they lived happily together. One day Miu Yan Fung decided to take his wife to the two graves of Wu Yat Do and Long Kim Chow to celebrate their wedding. Miu Yan Fung decided to bury Lam Lan's sword by their graves also and proceeded to explain how he became friends with Wu Yat Do and Long Kim Chow. He deeply respected Wu Yat Do, and went on to explain how their love is unmatched, and that Long Kim Chow was a woman who would stay and die with Wu Yat Do, rather than run away by herself and leave him at a time of danger. Upon hearing this Lam Lan became upset and thought that Miu Yan Fung had blamed her for leaving him, during the fire. After that their relationship started to deteriorate. Miu Yan Fung began to practice kung fu once more and was eager to investigate the cause of Wu Yat Do's death. Lam Lan became increasingly bored with her husband who neglected her to practice kung fu and often traveled miles to visit the graves of his friends. Soon, Tin Gwai Lo, came to visit Miu Yan Fung, who was out at the time. Lam Lan, comes out to greet him instead and Tin Gwai Lo addresses himself as Miu Yan Fung's best friend. As time passed on Tin Gwai Lo worked his way to win Lam Lan's heart. Lam Lan began to fall in love with Tin Gwai Lo who was very romantic and appeared to be a gentleman. On one rainy night Miu Yan Fung arrived home to find his wife sleeping with Tin Gwai Lo. In a rage Miu Yan Fung told his wife to leave immediately. Scared that his life might be ended by Miu Yan Fung, Tin Gwai Lo, grabbed Lam Lan and they run for their lives. Miu Yan Fung has never seen them since. After revealing the past to his daughter, Miu Yan Fung, gives his respect to Wu Yat Do and Long Kim Chow before leaving. Meanwhile Lam Lan missed her daugther, Miu Yuk Lan, very much and wanted to see her. After convincing Tin Gwai Lo, they decided to head off together to see Miu Yuk Lan. Later Wu Fei and Ping Si stumble across bad weather. Ping Si was feeling ill so they decided to find shelter. They arrive at the doorsteps of Sak Ka Bo, the home of Seng Bo Jan and his old mother. On a strange sort of day many men arrive at the house also. First a group of mountain robbers arrive at the house. Ping Si recognized the leader of the group, he was the doctor, Yin Kei who tried to steal the Wu Sword kung fu manual. Later Miu Yan Fung and Miu Yuk Lan arrived at the house also. It was good timing when Tin Gwai Lo passed through with Lam Lan. At this stage Ping Si told Wu Fei to approach the leader of the mountain robbers, to retain the rest of the Wu Sword kung fu manual. At once Wu Fei approached the leader and requested that he hand back the pages of the Wu Sword manual he had stolen, otherwise he would expose the leader's identity to Miu Yan Fung. The leader decided that he did not want to be exposed just yet, because he took part in poisoning Wu Yat Do, so he handed over the pages and left. Lam Lan attempted to convince Miu Yuk Lan to accept her and live with them. Miu Yuk Lan rejected her mother who abandon her when she was young and decided she wanted to live with her farther instead. Miu Yan Fung decided to leave with Miu Yuk Lan. Soon Tin Gwai Lo and Lam Lan left also. Ping Si and Wu Fei were allowed to remain at the house for a few days because Ping Si was sick. A few days later Jiu Boon Sam, the 3rd Dong Ka, of the Red Flower Society arrived at the house. the old lady held a grudge against Jiu Boon Sam and wanted to kill him to avenge her husband's death also. Wu Fei and Ping Si later learned that Sak Man Jong was the former residence of Seng Kim Mo, a fierce mountain robber. Wu Fei killed Seng Kim Mo, to avenge the death of Miu Yan Fung's brother, many years ago. Seng Kim Mo's wife has been wanting to kill Miu Yan Fung and Wu Yat Do to avenge her husbands death ever since. She teaches hers son, Seng Bo Jan, kung fu using pictures of Wu Yat Do and Miu Yan Fung for target practice. Unable to contain himself Wu Fei reveals his identity. When the old lady finds out that Wu Yat Do has died and that Wu Fei is his son, she immediately sought to deal with him and Jiu Boon Sam. Her plans fail however as Jiu Boon Sam and Wu Fei managed to escape from the house, which had been set on fire. The old lady became extremely upset and threw herself into the burning flame having lost her will to live. Even though her death had nothing to do with Wu Fei, Seng Bo Jan, vowed to kill him to avenge his mother's death and before taking off. After that event Wu Fei and Jiu Boon Sam become sword brothers. Jiu Boon Sam was very impressed with Wu Fei's kung fu and heroic personality. Before departing to undertake some important business with the Red Flower Society, Jiu Boon Sam, gave Wu Fei his white horse and some money for his journey. Wu Fei arrived at a hotel were he was attacked by Seng Bo Jan, who wanted to avenge his mother. Wu Fei defeated him easily and attempted to explain himself and offered to help Seng Bo Jan. At once a young girl, Lip Song Ching, arrived and called Wu Fei a sneaky person for attempting to remove the blame for the death Seng Ka Bo's mother on himself. Even without knowing the entire story, Lip Song Ching, sided with Seng Bo Jan. Whilst she was arguing with Wu Fei who was still in the process of explaining the situation, Seng Ka Bo decided to leave the hotel. Lip Song Ching became increasingly annoyed with Wu Fei and chased after Seng Bo Jan. Outside Lip Song Ching spots Jiu Boon Sam's white horse. She had spent all of her life with the Red Flower Society and found it strange that the white horse was at the hotel. At once she came to the conclusion that Wu Fei had stolen the horse from Jiu Boon Sam and decided to steal the horse from Wu Fei. To add further salt to the wounds Lip Song Ching stole Wu Fei's money also. Upset that his horse had been stolen Wu Fei gives chase after Lip Song Ching. Besides he needed to reclaim the horse which was given to him as a gift. Happy with her moral victory over Wu Fei, Lip Song Ching, makes her way back to the headquarters of the Red Flower Society. She is greeted by Misses Mun, her master. Meanwhile Chan Ka Lok was planning to deal with Fok Hong On. He receives help from various kung fu schools to prevent Fok Hong On from causing problems. After all of the meetings and discussions, Chan Ka Lok, takes rest at his room. Lip Song Ching arrives with some refreshments and food to help restore his energy. She had always admired and had a crush on Chan Ka Lok. Unfortunately Chan Ka Lok, could not forget his one true love Princess Heung. After her death he made a vow that he would never love anyone else again. Meanwhile Wu Fei was left in a bad state after his encounter with Lip Song Ching. He had no money to buy food and looked like a mess. Whilst wandering around Wu Fei comes across, Yiu Yat Yat, dressed as a man. After helping Yiu Yat Yat, battle with some aggressive men, they become good friends. Together they go to a kung fu forum dressed up as foreigners. They were both very hungry and they heard that there was going to be free food at the forum. Later Wu Fei discovers that Yiu Yat Yat is actually a girl after she was injured during a mad battle with some of Tin Gwai Lo's men. Yiu Yat Yat then reveals her past to Wu Fei. Her parents died a long time ago and she was forced to live alone in the streets. One day she saved a sword god, called Lip Seng Fung. He had been thrown over the edge of a mountain by his student Tin Gwai Lo. Lip Seng Fung became paralyzed and Yiu Yat Yat, took care of him daily. Finally Lip Seng Fung agreed to accept Yiu Yat Yat as a student, but she was far too lazy to learn his excellent kung fu. Lip Seng Fung nearly gave up, and thought for many days. Finally he thought of a three-step kung fu which could defeat Tin Gwai Lo. Yiu Yat Yat managed to learn these three moves, and Lip Seng Fung made her promise to avenge him before dying. Therefore Yiu Yat Yat carries a distinct hatred towards Tin Gwai Lo. Wu Fei also agreed to help her because Tin Gwai Lo had something to do with his parents death. Meanwhile the Red Flower Society sets out to deal with some corrupted men. Lip Song Ching begs them for the opportunity to kill Tin Gwai Lo. It is revealed that Lip Song Ching is the granddaughter of sword god, Lip Seng Fung. Her mother witnesses Tin Gwai Lo, pushing Lip Seng Fung off the edge of the cliff and attempted to run away. Tin Gwai Lo caught her and stabbed her. She too was pushed into the sea. In the morning Man Tai Lo of the Red Flower Society, and his wife stumbled across Yip Song Ching's mother. Before dying she made Man Tai Lo and his wife promise to look after Lip Song Ching. Misses Mun agreed to accept Lip Song Ching as a student and she died happily. Lip Song Ching now felt that it was the right time to avenge her mother's death. Later Wu Fei and Yiu Yat Yat went to deal with Tin Gwai Lo. Wu Fei reveals his identity to Tin Gwai Lo, and they immediately battled. Tin Gwai Lo was loosing and Wu Fei was about to kill him, until Lip Song Ching arrived and blocked the blow. Wu Fei then battled with Lip Song Ching. Tin Gwai Lo managed to escape much to the disgust of Wu Fei. Unsatisfied Yiu Yat Yat decides to visit Tin Gwai Lo by herself. Using the three moves, which she learnt from Lip Seng Fung, she was able to defeat Tin Gwai Lo and steal his sword. Angry Tin Gwai Lo attacks Wu Fei and Yiu Yat Yat once more. Wu Fei easily defeats Tin Gwai Lo. Once again Lip Song Ching arrived to save Tin Gwai Lo much to the disappointment of Wu Fei and Yiu Yat Yat. After that event Wu Fei went to locate Ping Si, who had been staying at a mansion. A mysterious person had purchased the house for them to stay in. Many days later it was Wu Fei's birthday, and he seemed very sad. Yiu Yat Yat decided to help Wu Fei celebrate by inviting dragon dancers and throws a party. Wu Fei becomes extremely upset and slaps her in the face. Wu Fei then informed Yiu Yat Yat that his parents had been murdered on they day that he was born. He then attempted to apologize but Yiu Yat Yat decided to leave. Lip Song Ching sent many rich gifts for Wu Fei also. From this Wu Fei figured out that it was Lip Song Ching who bought the house for Ping Si. Angry Wu Fei stormed into the Red Flower Society headquarters to find an explanation. Jiu Boon Sam saw Wu Fei and revealed Lip Song Ching's past to him. After speaking with Jiu Boon Sam, Wu Fei became more understanding of Lip Song Ching. Wu Fei then went to locate Lip Song Ching, who admitted that she was the one who bought the house for Ping Si. She then explained how Tin Gwai Lo, was her farther, and murdered her mother. From that point Wu Fei and Lip Song Ching became friends again. Infact Wu Fei began to fall in love with her. Later Chan Ka Lok returns with new plans of capturing Fok Hong Ong. His return pleases Lip Song Ching. One evening Lip Song Ching reveals to her feelings to Chan Ka Lok. In return Chan Ka Lok informs Lip Song Ching that he loves Princess Heung only. Wanting to be close to Lip Song Ching, Wu Fei elected to stay behind to help out the Red Flower Society. Later he reveals his true feelings for Lip Song Ching. In return Lip Song Ching tells Wu Fei that she is in love with someone else. In the following days, Wu Fei, is miserable and does nothing besides drink. Meanwhile Chan Ka Lok was busy making plans to capture Fok Hong Ong. They split into two groups, one lead by Jiu Boon Sam and the other lead by Chan Ka Lok himself. Chan Ka Lok's group falls into Fok Hong Ong's trap and a huge battle develops. Realizing that Chan Ka Lok was in trouble, Jiu Boon Sam leads his group to rescue them. As they battle, two members of the Red Flower Society are captured. Many of the Red Flower Society members suffer an injury. During the battle Wu Fei saved Lip Song Ching and suffered a heavy injury. Despite this Lip Song Ching continues to reject Wu Fei's love. Instead she prepares a meal for Wu Fei to thank him for saving her life. When Chun Ka Lok leaves for some important business, Lip Song Ching decides to avenge her mother's death by killing Tin Gwai Lo. Meanwhile Fok Hong Ong arrives at Tin Gwai Lo's kung fu school to make him an offical of the Ching Empire. Fok Hong Ong plan's involved using Tin Gwai Lo's reputation to open a kung fu forum, to deal with the Red Flower Society. In return Tin Gwai Lo wanted Fok Hong Ong to deal with Miu Yan Fung. He promised to Fok Hong Ong a share in Lord Chong's treasure if he would. Fok Hong Ong accepted the proposal. Whilst they were laughing and joking, Lip Song Ching, attacked Tin Gwai Lo who was saved by Fok Hong Ong's protector. At once Fok Hong Ong recognized that Lip Song Ching was from the Red Flower Society, despite not knowing her before the encounter. Fok Hong Ong then captured Lip Song Ching, but treated her kindly. He would later reveal that he was the King's bastard son to Lip Song Ching, and tell her that Emperor Kin Lung was Fok Hong Ong's brother. Fok Hong Ong revealed all these secrets in an attempt to gain Lip Song Ching's trust. She believed half of what he said and was allowed to leave. Fok Hong Ong would not let Lip Song Ching get away however, and wanted to seduce her. He would pay for her food and take care of her accommodation on her journey back to the Red Flower Society. Soon enough Lip Song Ching began to develop strong feelings for Fok Hong Ong. Later Fok Hong Ong was captured by the Red Flower Society when they discovered that he was close to their headquarters. The Red Flower Society would then use this opportunity to force Fok Hong Ong to release the men he had captured in the earlier raid. When Lip Song Ching discovered that Fok Hong Ong was captured by the Red Flower Society, she showed her true feelings for him by rescuing him. The Red Flower Society pursued them, as did Wu Fei who suspected that it was an inside job. Lip Song Ching and Fok Hong Ong managed to find an old temple to rest for the evening. At the temple Fok Hong Ong told Lip Song Ching that he wanted to be with her forever. Lip Song Ching then threw herself into his arms. Wu Fei would eventually catch up and was shocked to discover that it was Lip Song Ching that released Fok Hong Ong. At once Lip Song Ching battled with Wu Fei allowing Fok Hong Ong an opportunity to escape on a boat. Yiu Yat Yat, would foil Fok Hong Ong's escape plans however as she boarded the boat herself. As Jiu Boon Sam and the rest of the Red Flower Society arrived, Wu Fei, took a blow to the chest from Lip Song Ching. Fok Hong Ong's men then arrived and rescued him, leaving the Red Flower Society disappointed. Lip Song Ching was then kicked out of the Red Flower Society by Jiu Boon Sam, who did not want to kill her. When Wu Fei discovered that Lip Song Ching had left he became depressed and took up drinking once more. With no where to go, Lip Song Ching went to look for Fok Hong Ong, and discovered that she had been tricked. She overheard Fok Hong Ong, making preparations to seduce another woman. Meanwhile Wu Fei, had gone mad practicing kung fu and drinking heavily. He stumbled across a monastery were Miu Yan Fung and Miu Yuk Lan were resting. At once Miu Yan Fung recognized Wu Fei as Ping Fei, the boy who he met at Do Hei Nam's place. He would save Wu Fei, by using his inner power. Miu Yuk Lan would take care of Wu Fei, and she had already thought that Ping Fei was the real Wu Fei. Many days later Miu Yan Fung and Miu Yuk Lan left the monastery, without revealing their identities to Wu Fei. When Wu Fei woke he wanted to find the girl who had looked after him, but she had already gone. Yiu Yat Yat then arrived at the monastery to collect Wu Fei. Upon returning to Ping Si's house, Wu Fei discovered that his inner power had improved. With this discovery Wu Fei thought he was ready to avenge his fathers death and sought out Miu Yan Fung. Along they way they stumbled across a man attempting to deliver an important letter to Miu Yan Fung. The man had been attacked and injured. Wu Fei stepped in and delivered the letter to Miu Yan Fung. When Miu Yan Fung opened the letter, it contained poisoned smoke. At once he pushed the poisoned smoke back at Wu Fei who became blind. Suddenly Tin Gwai Lo and his men rushed in and attacked Miu Yan Fung. Yiu Yat Yat, then attempted to drag Wu Fei away from the battle as Tin Gwai Lo's men gave chase. Miu Yuk Lan was hidding when he saw Wu Fei. Yiu Yat Yat used a piece of cloth to cover Wu Fei's eyes. At once Miu Yuk Lan realized that the cloth belonged to her farther, who gave the piece of cloth to Wu Yat Do's son many years ago. Suddenly it clicked in her mind, Ping Fei, was actually the real Wu Fei. She then followed them and escaped with Wu Fei on a boat, when Yiu Yat Yat had diverted Tin Gwai Lo's men. By some twist of fate the boat would sink. Wu Fei and Miu Yuk Lan would both be saved by local fishermen from different villagers. But fate would bring them together once more as they went in search of each other. Although blind Wu Fei would be able to find Miu Yuk Lan by listening to her music. Miu Yuk Lan would mother Wu Fei from that day onwards. She would even sell her the necklace that her farther had given to her to buy things for Wu Fei. Meanwhile Miu Yan Fung thought that Tin Gwai Lo had kidnapped his daughter and went to look for him. Tin Gwai Lo stated his innocence but Miu Yan Fung did not believe him. He was about to kill Miu Yan Fung when his former wife Lam Lan, came out and begged him to have mercy. Miu Yan Fung decided to let Tin Gwai Lo go, and strode off. At the village Wu Fei wanted to thank the kind girl who had taken care of him for so long. He asked about her identity but she refused to tell him her real name. Instead she told Wu Fei to call her "Little Grasshopper". One day Miu Yuk Lan overheard villagers talking about a medicine good who could heal all the sick and injured. At once she realized that Wu Fei's eyes could be healed, and together they decided to look for the medicine god. Along the way they run into men from Tin Gwai Lo, and they battle. Luckily Yiu Yat Yat had tracked down Wu Fei and she arrived to save them. Upon seeing Yiu Yat Yat, Tin Gwai Lo's men took off. Together the three continued on their way to look for the medicine god. Yiu Yat Yat had heard about the medicine god from her master. The medicine god was called Duk Sau Yek Wong but has since become a monk under the name Yat Dung. When they arrived at Duk Sau Yek Wong's mountain, they were led astray by a dumb man. Eventually they found a path to Duk Sau Yek Wong's house through a maze. Even then Duk Sau Yek Wong refused to show himself, until Miu Yuk Lan begged him to heal Wu Fei's eyes. Upon hearing that Miu Yuk Lan was Miu Yan Fung's daugther the monk Yat Dung, revealed himself and promised to heal Wu Fei's eyes. At once the monk looks at Wu Fei's eyes and mentions that there a chance of healing it. The monk then begins healing Wu Fei's eyes. All the while the dumb man who led them astray is acting suspiciously, by tampering with the monk's medicine. Later on the monk tracks down the dumb man and poisons him. It is revealed that the monk is actually, Sak Man Jang, Duk Sau Yek Wong's student. He was involved in Wu Yat Do's death and now wants to poison Wu Fei whilst healing his eyes. The dumb man had been tampering with the monk's plans by putting the cure amongst the poison. After the dumb man tried to warn Yiu Yat Yat and Miu Yuk Lan of the danger once more he was kicked off the mountain once more by Sak Man Jang. The day before Wu Fei's eyes would heal, Miu Yuk Lan promises Yiu Yat Yat that she would leave, so that Wu Fei would never know her real identity. Wu Fei wanted to see the sun rise with Miu Yuk Lan, when his eyes had recovered but she did not show up. Instead she hid and watched behind the bushes, until Wu Fei became distressed. She then attempted to run away but Wu Fei caught up with her. He was surprised to see that Miu Yuk Lan had covered up her face. Miu Yuk Lan then explained that she was ugly and didn't want anyone to see her face. Wu Fei accepted this fact and Yiu Yat Yat went along with it. Together they stood on top of the mountain and happily watch the sunrise. SCENES
